If using fresh rose petals, thoroughly rinse them with water before use.
In a small saucepan, add water and bring it to boil. Remove from heat, then add a black/green tea bag and fresh/dried rose petals or rose buds. Cover the saucepan and let the rose petals steep for approximately 5 minutes.
Strain the mixture and pour rose tea into a mug or a cup.
Add in honey and lemon juice to taste or just enjoy as it is.
