Rose Petal Tea is a sweet tea that has a light floral taste with a slight tangy flavor from lemon juice. The roses used in making tea can be either the whole rose buds or rose petals. It brings a breath of fresh, green and delicate, which makes it a perfect springtime tea.
Rose tea can be prepared by steeping fresh or dried petals with hot water, green tea or black tea. If you are not buying dried rose petals from a store, you can use the fresh rose petals. Make sure that the petals you grow are sweet tasting rather than bitter. And make sure they’re free of pesticides.
