Make The Strawberry Layer: Combine strawberries, yogurt and condensed milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds, filling molds about 2/3 full and set aside.
Make The Banana Layer: Combine bananas, coconut cream, condensed milk and a dash of lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds on top of the strawberry mixture. Leaving a little space at the top for them to expand. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours.
Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them up, then remove from the mold. Enjoy!
